Buffalo Citybration

Citybration is annual event highlighting the great place that is Buffalo, NY.  This site was very social media heavy, but easy to maintain.  Everyone in charge of an event was taught  in about an hour how to update the website, and was responsible for keeping the page updated with new information.

Amodeo for NYS Assembly

We recently completed another website for a local campaign. Mike Amodeo is running to replace Jack Quinn in the New York State Assembly. His site takecontrolNY.com is very social media ready including a forthcoming youtube channel, blog, and his most recent tweets. Call us today to get your next campaign off to the right start.

Stephens and Stephens , LLP

We recently brought the law firm of Stephens and Stephens into the social media age with this newly designed and social friendly website.  This custom theme is great for a site who might not update on a daily basis, but want’s to showcase everything the site has to offer right on the front page.

Finger Lakes Bone and Joint Center

Finger Lakes Bone and Joint Center in Geneva, NY faced what is sadly, a common problem.  Their webmaster had suddenly disappeared after building them a website that no one could edit or change except the assistance of the designer.

They called us at and we took their former flash based website, that wasn’t optimized and search engine friendly and built a custom theme to bring them into 2010.

While still a static website, the site is now ready to be social friendly, and best thing is, it’s so easy to manage that office assistants can now update the website without being at the mercy of a web designer.

Huson Physical Therapy

Huson PT had a common problem.  Someone had maliciously hacked into their domain host and created several spam sites using their hosting plan.  Huson’s webmaster also disappeared and they didn’t know how their site was hosted, created or maintained.  The email accounts were on one remote server, domain registration pointing at another, DNS pointing somewhere else.

It was a mess.

We stepped in and got their web life organized on one server with a backup disaster recovery solution.  Call us and let us do the same thing for you.

A full site makeover is now being planned for HusonPT.com

365 Fitness Challenge

A group of people made a friendly wager that they could exercise 365 days a year for at least a 1/2 hour a day and try to keep everyone honest while doing so.  So they needed their own social network website with user profiles and blogging functions to update daily.

Its a private and closed website, but feel free to take a look around at what is possible with a custom wordpress website: http://365orfold.com/

Paterson Is Your New Tax

Sometimes you need to KISS your social media project and website. (you know… Keep It Simple Stupid)

We learned that lesson from this fun project building a website around Governor David Paterson’s crazy list of things he wanted to tax in order to balance the 2009 New York State Budget.

People submitted their own ideas about things that Paterson wanted to tax and the results turned into a true vox populi. Readers can click through the millions of random responses the site received in just 48 hours. This site is proof that a simple idea and a connected media outlet can achieve wide awareness and involvement for an issue campaign.

We even got ourselves noticed by the NY Times and national blogs and news outlets with this social media campaign and site.

See, sometimes all you need is a KISS :-)

John Glascott Campaign

The campaign needed a quick and easy website/email solution that they could easily update with the latest campaign news, photos, videos, and mentions of John in the press. They also needed a comprehensive fundraising solution and they were successful at raising rapid response monies in small increments.

It was effective in tying all their social media efforts into one easy place.

A perfect example of why a successful social media marketing plan and implementation is essential to a successful campaign, political or otherwise.

Hamburg Democratic Committee

The Hamburg Democratic Committee needed a web solution to introduce their 2009 slate of candidates to a wider audience.  Their plan worked, with 3 of the 4 candidates winning seats on the Hamburg Town Board.

Looks like they haven’t continued with a shared web strategy after the election, but the site is there for them to do the whole thing over again next election season.
